Wrestling Prep’s IN SEASON TRAINING provides comprehensive effective training that results in more effective competitions and related execution of competition strategies.
We utilize three training locations in diverse areas to provide coverage to all who want to participate. In addition, there are specialized options for training that allow the athlete to most effectively utilize the time they have available and not to have to pay for training dates they can not participate in on a weekly basis.
Many of the student athletes have fluctuating schedules so there is no penalty or consequences for late arrivals or early departures for practice to uphold academic or other athletic commitments.

Nov 12, 2019 thru March 5, 2020 – Three Nights a Week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Locations: Tuesdays: TOP of the Podium in Sterling VA – Wednesdays: Woodson High School in Fairfax, VA – Thursdays: West Springfield High School – West Springfield, VA
Time: 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Training Options:
Three Times a Week : $450.00 – We offer a payment plan for the Three Times a Week option in addition to a one time payment. * Please note the payment plan is only available for the Three Times a Week Option.
Two Times a Week: $375.00
One Time a Week: $220.00
Additional Information:

All Wrestlers must have current USA Wrestling Cards There are no exceptions
All Wrestlers 18 years of age and older must be SafeSport Certified through USA Wrestling and have it “green” on their USA Wrestling Dashboard. There are no exceptions
All Wrestlers 21 years of age and older must be Back Ground Checked through USA Wrestling and Safe Sport Certified through USA Wrestling and have it “green” on their USA Wrestling Dashboard. There are no exceptions.
If you have a schedule demand due to school or an official practice of your school team you are welcome to arrive late and leave early.
There is no penalty or consequence for needing to miss a practice or leave or arrive late.
