Wrestling Prep works with athletes, parents, and coaches to develop and implement Comprehensive individualized training programs for every athlete.
Wrestling Prep operates on a Quarter System. Each Quarter brings a new series of training events and opportunities. Each quarter is tailored to correspond with the current wrestling community and give the wrestler the best opportunity to be competitive and give exposure to college.
