Is a Seven Year Tradition where hundreds of Athletes a month come together to wrestle. OPEN ROOM occurs on Sundays from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and we average 40 to 90 wrestlers of all ages, skill sets and backgrounds. For the most part 20% to 30% of the wrestlers are Section Placers, State Placers, National All Americans etc.
OPEN ROOM occurs at the Wrestling Prep Facility located at 6080 Hellyer Ave, San Jose CA (corner of Hellyer and Piercy for gps). Wrestlers often come from 2 to 3 hours away to participate. The Wrestling Prep Facility has 4 Showers, Free Towels for everyone, washer and dryer, extra shoes and head gear, refrigerators and freezer, microwaves, free wireless, toast oven, flat screens & x box. There is also a lounge area.
