Elementary / Middle Practices and Club

We are happy to announce that we will be starting an Elementary / Middle School Practices and Club. Due to many requests we have put this together and it is open to ALL Levels including beginners and advanced.

This Club Team will be coached by CC Fisher & Carolyn Wester and will practice Tuesday and Thursdays 6:00 pm to 7:15 pm and will participate Sundays in Open Room from  2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Current fee is $30.00 per month and $45.00 for multi siblings. As always, scholarships and consideration is given to families with needs.

Practices begin Tuesday, December 6 at 6:00 pm at Wrestling Prep – 6080 Hellyer Ave, San Jose, CA (corner of piercy & hellyer for gps)

Monthly fees may be paid online in the “online registration” section of wrestlingprep.com or with a check made out to carolyn wester sent to 5586 Civic Terrace Ave, Newark CA 94560.

Single Wrestler Registration – $30.00 per month, pay below

Two Sibling Registration - $45.00 per month, pay below

2011-2012 SCWAY Membership

2011-2012 SCWAY MEMBERSHIP (membership runs annually from Aug 1 to July 31 – If you have not purchased or renewed your membership since August 1, 2011 you will need to do so before you compete again) $17.00 for August 1, 2011 to July 31, 2012.

 

You will also need to submit an email to me at carolyn@wrestlingprep.com with your wrestlers First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Street Address with City and Zip Code, Gender and Phone Number.
